Overview

TimePe required a unified digital experience across website, mobile app, and HR dashboard. Each touchpoint needed to feel cohesive while serving distinct user needs - from marketing presence to employee operations.

Problem

Disjointed touchpoints - promise on the site didn't match app flows; HR ops lacked a single view.

Discovery & Alignment

I mapped the user journeys across three primary contexts: website visitors evaluating the product, mobile app users managing attendance, and HR teams handling workforce operations. The key insight was that consistency across touchpoints would reduce cognitive load and build trust.

We aligned on creating a unified identity system that would work across all platforms, ensuring users experienced a coherent brand and interaction model whether they were browsing the website, using the mobile app, or accessing the HR dashboard.

Solution Architecture

Unified Identity System: Applied consistent brand identity, color palette, typography, and component patterns across web and app.

HR Dashboard: Built for quick attendance tracking, leave approvals, and basic workforce analytics - giving HR teams a single view of operations.

Pattern Library: Created shared patterns for navigation, forms, and status indicators so features felt coherent across all touchpoints.

Impact

  • Smoother onboarding and fewer support pings.
  • Ops time saved with quick actions and clear states.
  • Consistent experience across website, app, and dashboard reduced user confusion.

Learnings

Consistency is compassion - for both users and support teams. When the website promise matches the app experience, and HR operations feel familiar, users spend less time learning and more time achieving their goals.
