Three Client Websites Redesign

Overview
At Interakt, I shipped three client websites where brand clarity and UX hygiene mattered more than flourish. Different industries, same constraints: limited time, evolving content, ambitious targets.
Problem
Clients arrived with scattered brand assets, complex asks, and "we need results yesterday." Typical issues: unclear IA, weak narrative, and forms bolted on at the end.
Discovery & Alignment
I set a consistent three-step rhythm:
- Value stack (who is this for, why now, how we help).
- Choice architecture (the 3–5 actions that matter).
- Proof ladder (social + product proof → pricing/plan clarity → frictionless contact).
Solution Architecture
IA & Copy Pass: Convert jargon into benefit-led statements; structure pages around outcomes.
Conversion-Ready Components: plan cards, comparison tables, FAQ accordions, testimonial rail, sticky CTAs.
Speed & SEO: lean images, semantic headings, accessible forms, and structured data for better discovery.
Impact
- Navigation efficiency up across all three sites (fewer pogo-sticks).
- Conversion lift from predictable CTAs and simplified forms.
- Clients reported clearer inbound queries aligned to offering tiers.
Learnings
Small clients don't need "lite enterprise;" they need clarity kits — reusable foundations that turn uncertainty into choices quickly.
