Overview

Infrabyte Technology is a trusted Salesforce partner specializing in empowering businesses with Salesforce innovation, expertise, AI, and data-driven solutions. The website needed to communicate their expertise across multiple industries while showcasing their AI-powered transformation capabilities and comprehensive Salesforce services.

Problem

As a Salesforce specialist serving diverse industries (Automotive, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education), Infrabyte needed a website that could clearly communicate their value proposition across different verticals. The previous site lacked clear industry differentiation and didn't effectively highlight their AI-powered transformation capabilities or the breadth of their Salesforce expertise.

Stakeholders needed to quickly understand how Infrabyte could help their specific industry, while also conveying the technical depth and innovation behind their "CRM + DATA + AI + Expert" approach. The site needed to balance enterprise credibility with approachability for businesses at different stages of Salesforce adoption.

Discovery & Alignment

I analyzed Infrabyte's service offerings and identified key messaging pillars:

  • Industry-specific solutions across 6 verticals, each with unique Salesforce applications
  • AI-powered transformation as a core differentiator (Industries AI, Agentforce 2.0)
  • Comprehensive services: Staff Augmentation, Implementation, Consulting, Support
  • Technical expertise with Salesforce Pro Suite, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud

We aligned on creating a structure that allowed visitors to explore by industry or by service type, with clear pathways to understand both technical capabilities and business outcomes. The messaging needed to emphasize AI innovation ("Im(AI)gine Future") while maintaining focus on practical, industry-specific solutions.

Solution Architecture

Hero Section with AI Messaging: Created a compelling hero banner featuring "Im(AI)gine Future - Accelerate Business Growth with AI" with clear value proposition emphasizing Salesforce innovation, AI expertise, and data-driven insights. The design featured gradient backgrounds and clear CTAs ("Ask our experts", "Let's Talk", "Watch Demo").

Industry-Specific Navigation: Built an industry menu showcasing six verticals (Automotive, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Higher Education) with dedicated sections explaining Salesforce applications for each industry. This enabled visitors to quickly find relevant solutions for their sector.

Service Categorization: Organized services into clear categories (Recruitment Services, Implementation, Infrabyte Consulting, Support Services) with dedicated pages explaining how each service category drives business outcomes.

AI & Innovation Showcase: Featured sections highlighting AI-powered capabilities including Agentforce 2.0, Industries AI, custom AI solutions, and how Infrabyte accelerates success through AI transformation. The design emphasized cutting-edge technology while maintaining business focus.

360° Customer View Messaging: Communicated how Infrabyte helps integrate Salesforce's Data, Sales, and Marketing Cloud capabilities to deliver comprehensive customer insights. The design emphasized personalized, data-driven strategies for customer satisfaction and retention.

Consulting Services Presentation: Created clear presentations for Recruitment Services, Implementation, Infrabyte Consulting, and Support - each explaining how the service works and the value it delivers.

Learnings

Designing for B2B service providers requires balancing technical credibility with business outcomes. For a company serving multiple industries like Infrabyte, the site structure needed to support multiple entry points - whether someone was exploring by industry, by service type, or by technology capability.

The AI messaging ("Im(AI)gine Future") needed to feel innovative but also practical - not just buzzwords, but real capabilities that drive business results. Industry-specific sections were crucial because a Manufacturing client's Salesforce needs differ fundamentally from Healthcare needs, and the site needed to speak to both audiences effectively.

Service provider websites succeed when they make complex offerings understandable. Breaking down Salesforce expertise into clear industry applications and service categories helped visitors navigate and self-qualify, improving lead quality.
